1. This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Talha Abid, publishing as Ludilume ("we", "us"), the developer of Pawpon. By downloading, installing or playing Pawpon, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game.

The Google Play Terms of Service also apply to how you get the game and pay for things. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled and forms part of these terms.

2. Who can play

Pawpon is made for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, please make sure a parent or guardian agrees to these terms and knows about any purchases before you make them.

3. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install Pawpon on devices you own or control and to play it for your own non-commercial entertainment. That licence lasts as long as you keep to these terms.

You may not, and may not help anyone else to:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game or any part of it;
• decompile, reverse engineer or extract the game's code, models, textures, sounds or data, except where the law expressly allows it despite this term;
• cheat, including by editing save files, using modified versions of the game, bots, automation or tools that give an unfair advantage or fake rewards;
• exploit bugs to generate currency, items or rewards, including ad rewards; if you find one, please tell us instead;
• use the game in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.

Streaming, videos, screenshots and fan art are welcome. Our fan content policy explains what is fine.

4. Currencies and items in the game

Pawpon has several in-game currencies. Moon Credits and tokens can only be earned by playing. Star Gems, Moon Dust and Whisper Coins can be earned and can also be bought. The game also contains cats, cosmetics and other items.

All of these are part of the game, not property. When you earn or buy them, you get a limited licence to use them inside Pawpon under these terms. They:

• have no value in real money and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or anything outside the game;
• cannot be sold, traded or transferred to another player or device, except by the game's own backup and restore features;
• may be rebalanced, renamed or changed as the game is updated, although we will not take away cats or permanent items you have properly earned or bought without good reason.

Your game is saved on your device. Currencies, cats and consumable packs live in your save file. If you reset your progress, clear the app's data, uninstall without a backup or lose your phone, we may not be able to bring them back. The Nightlight Pass can be restored from Settings, then Account, then Restore purchases, because Google Play keeps a record of it. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will look at it case by case.

5. Purchases

All payments are made through Google Play, using the payment methods and prices Google shows you in your local currency. We never receive your payment details. A purchase is complete when Google confirms it, and the items are then delivered to your game. Some offers, such as the Keeper's Starter Pack, can be bought only once per save; the game says so on the offer.

Before you buy, the game shows you exactly what you will receive. By completing a purchase of digital content that is delivered immediately, you ask us to supply it straight away and, where the law allows, you acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw from that purchase once it has been delivered. This does not affect your right to a remedy if something you bought does not work as described.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policy. Within 48 hours of buying, you can usually request one yourself from your Google Play order history. After that, write to us at talhaabidj1@gmail.com with your order number and we will help where we fairly can, for example if an item was never delivered.

If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the game may remove the items or currency it delivered, as far as they have not been used.

Nothing in these terms limits any right to a refund or other remedy that consumer law in your country gives you.

7. Random pulls and odds

Playing a capsule machine gives you a random cat. Random pulls are paid for with tokens, and tokens can only be earned in the game, never bought with money. Every paid offer delivers fixed, stated contents. Some of those contents affect pulls: Star Gems open cabinets and upgrade their odds, and the Nightlight Pass opens the Afterglow cabinet. The odds that result are shown in the game before you pull and on our odds page.

Each machine shows its odds before you pull, worked out for your current situation, and the starting odds are published on our odds page. We may adjust odds, prices and rewards in updates, and when we do, the in-game odds sheet and the odds page are updated to match.

8. Optional ads

Some versions of the game let you choose to watch a short ad for a reward. Watching is always optional. The reward is given once the ad has been watched to the end and verified; if an ad fails to load or is not finished, no reward is due. Daily limits apply. Rewards obtained by faking or automating ad views may be removed.

9. Services run by others

Parts of the game rely on services we do not run: Google Play for downloads and payments, Google Play Games for profiles and leaderboards, RevenueCat for purchase records, Google AdMob for ads, and Discord for our community. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them being unavailable.

10. Your feedback

We love hearing ideas and bug reports. If you send us suggestions, you agree that we may use them to improve Pawpon without owing you anything for them. We will never publish your name or messages without asking.

11. Who owns what

Pawpon, including its name, logo, cats, characters, story, code, art, music and sound, is owned by Talha Abid (Ludilume) and protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party software and fonts used in the game belong to their authors and are listed on our credits page. Except for the licence in section 3, these terms do not give you any rights in the game.

12. Updates and availability

We keep improving Pawpon, and updates can add, change or remove features and content. Sometimes a version becomes too old to keep working correctly, and the game may ask you to update from Google Play before you can continue playing. We may also stop offering the game in the future; if we do, we will try to give reasonable notice in the game or on this website.

13. The game as it is

We work hard on Pawpon, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be free of bugs, always available, or suitable for any particular purpose, and we exclude implied warranties. Some countries do not allow these exclusions, so they may not all apply to you.

14. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost profits, and our total liability to you for anything related to Pawpon is limited to the amount you paid us for in-game purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if that is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Ending this agreement

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting Pawpon. We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by cheating or abusing refunds. Sections 4, 11, 13, 14 and 16 continue to apply after the agreement ends.

16. Law and disputes

If something goes wrong, please write to us first at talhaabidj1@gmail.com. Most problems are solved by a friendly email, and we will try to answer within a few days.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. If you live in the European Union, you can also use your national consumer dispute resolution bodies.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the game gains a new feature or the law changes. We will change the date at the top and, if a change is significant, tell you in the game or its release notes before it applies. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. If you do not agree with them, you can stop playing and delete the game.
